A warm welcome to Whitley Bay Cricket Club, a homely club filling a void that was left by the closure of the Magnesia Bank in North Shields.
We aim to provide top class live music for the patrons of that iconic venue and others
We presently have bands on at 4pm on Sunday afternoons which have all been well attended
There are no other distractions going on at the club such as TV's, Gaming Machines etc JUST MUSIC!
Throughout summer months we will have access to our large patio area which will allow us to increase capacity two fold
You can find us next to Whitley Bay Ice Rink on Hillheads Road with access during winter months via Hotspur Avenue
Local buses stop close to the venue and the nearest Metro stations Monkseaton and Whitley bay are both around a 10 minute walk away
There is a £3 entry fee, this helps us towards the costs of the bands, our staff are all volunteers with any profit from gigs going back into the Cricket Clubs Junior Section
We believe we have a special atmosphere here and welcome you all to pay a visit
