Formed in the Summer of 2017 in the wake of Bad Company’s world tour, which inspired the project, the band comprises five musician’s whose careers span almost five decades; - Glenn Coates – Vocals, sax and acoustic guitar Steve Dawson – Guitar and backing vocals Peter Heywood – Keyboards and backing vocals Brian Rickman – Bass and backing vocals Gordon Turnbull – Drums
All members started out in the early 70s and by default grew up with the music of Paul Rodgers, his bands, and his solo work. The passion that drives a project like this must be honest and true with a significant degree of musical empathy between all band members, who themselves have, won awards, recorded albums and toured globally. All veterans of the local scene with substantial experience, it’s always a pleasure to get back to their roots to play music that continues to inspire them.
