All 5 members of the band have served their time in various groups during the years. Some singing for their supper on the solo circuit right through to those heading for the dizzy heights of stardom and the life of a rock god. If there's a venue in the North East that one of us hasn't played in, it's probably only just been built.

Formed from 4 existing bands, the Junkies formed to bring you their own take on modern rock classics and ringing ears. Rock solid drumming fused with stomach mashing bass lines and awesomely executed rhythm and lead guitars. All topped off with a bit of a show off. Boys and Girls.... IT'S THE MEDIA JUNKIES!
