The Silence

The Silence formed in 2010 from covers band Total Remedy when they decided to take their music to the next level and write their own material. They quickly made their mark on the local live music scene, but have also filled support slots as far as Liverpool, Huddersfield and Leeds.
In the Summer of 2011, The Silence embarked on their first proper tour; a three-week stint on the Southern Coast of Spain. It's fair to say the tour went better than the band could ever have hoped, and plans are now in the pipeline to return in Summer 2012.
Demos of The Silence's first three singles have been uploaded to Youtube, and are all available for download on Itunes. The band are currently putting the finishing touches to their debut EP, which should be released later in the year.
