Every Contraband gig is a tribute to all the amazing super-groups of the late 60's and 1970's, paying homage to Jimi Hendrix, Thin Lizzy, Gary Moore, ZZ Top, Bad Company, Free, Cream and a few surprises (but no Sex On Fire.....sorry)
Contraband was formed in January 2012 by Ron Slater (bass), Ian Leckie (vocals) and Martin Ballinger (Guitar), all ex Last Minute members. We welcome drummer James Snook to the band and are honoured to have him on board
