The music was originally, predominantly a tribute to Marc Bolan and T.Rex, hence the name T.Rox, but gradually they started introducing more hits of the early Seventies Glam Rock era, to give the show a more varied mix of music, by incorporating covers by bands including, Sweet, Slade, Mud, Bowie, Golden Earring, Bay City Rollers, Mott the Hoople, Roxy music and Queen.
